Local 3 Pack Hero – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Local 3 Pack Hero software platform and related services (together, the “Services”).

The Services are provided by Local 3 Pack Hero (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to you if you are:

• using the Services for your own business; or
• using the Services on behalf of a business you represent.

You confirm that you have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of that business.

2. Your account

To use the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• keeping your login details secure;
• ensuring the information you provide is accurate; and
• all activity carried out through your account (whether authorised by you or not).

3. Subscription and access

When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services during your active subscription.

Your access level depends on the plan you choose.

4. What you can and can’t do

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, rent, or sublicense the Services;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
• interfere with the security or performance of the Services;
• use the Services unlawfully or in breach of third-party terms (including Google’s terms).

If you use the Services on behalf of a third party (e.g. clients), you confirm you have their permission and authority to do so.

5. Third-party platforms (Google and others)

Local 3 Pack Hero connects with and supports third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile and other directories.

You acknowledge that:

• we do not control these platforms;
• they may change their features, rules, or APIs at any time; and
• some features of our Services may rely on those platforms continuing to allow access.

6. Support

We provide customer support via email and/or in-app support.

Support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis. We do not guarantee response times.

7. Billing and payment

7.1 Charges

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance, depending on your plan.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

7.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

7.3 Keeping billing details up to date

You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time via:

your account settings; or by emailing info@local3packhero.com.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

9. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by UK law.

10. Changes to pricing or Services

We may update:

• pricing;
• features;
• subscription plans; or
• the Services generally.

If we change pricing, we will give reasonable notice. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle.

11. Your data and privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or connect to the platform.

We may use anonymised and aggregated data to:

• operate the platform;
• improve performance;
• develop new features.

12. Intellectual property

We own all intellectual property rights in:

• the Services;
• the platform;
• software;
• branding; and
• documentation.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you breach these Terms;
• your use creates security, legal, or operational risk;
• we are required to do so by law; or
• you misuse the platform.

We may also terminate the Services or a plan at any time by giving reasonable notice.

14. Disclaimers (important)

Local 3 Pack Hero is a software platform designed to help manage and optimise local visibility.

You acknowledge that we do not guarantee:

• Google Maps rankings;
• increased enquiries;
• business growth; or
• any specific outcome

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill);
• our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• your misuse of the Services;
• your breach of these Terms; or
• your breach of third-party terms (including Google’s).

17. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about the Services, including:

• platform functionality;
• pricing not publicly listed;
• documentation; and
• technical details.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
