Local 3 Pack Hero – Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you can and cannot do when using Local 3 Pack Hero (“Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this policy.


1. Purpose of the platform

Local 3 Pack Hero is designed to help businesses manage and optimise their online presence and local visibility through legitimate, compliant activity.

We do not support spam, manipulate, or abuse of third-party platforms.


2. You must NOT use the Services to:


a) Break the law - Use the Services in any way that violates UK law or any other applicable law.

b) Breach third-party terms - Use the Services in a way that violates third-party platform rules, including (but not limited to):

  • Google Business Profile policies
  • directory platform policies
  • social platform rules


c) Mislead or impersonate

  • impersonate another business
  • misrepresent your identity
  • submit false business information


d) Post illegal or harmful content - Upload, publish, or distribute content that is:

  • unlawful
  • hateful or harassing
  • defamatory
  • discriminatory
  • pornographic or sexually explicit
  • violent or threatening


e) Spam or manipulate platforms - You must not use the Services to:

  • generate fake reviews
  • incentivise reviews in a prohibited way
  • post misleading content
  • mass-post duplicate content
  • artificially manipulate rankings


f) Abuse the platform - You must not:

  • attempt to bypass security features
  • attempt to access another user’s account
  • scrape, overload, or attack our systems
  • introduce malware or malicious code

g) Resell without permission - You must not resell, white-label, or offer the Services as a service bureau unless:

  • you are in an approved partner programme, or
  • you have written permission from us.


3. AI-generated content responsibility - Local 3 Pack Hero may generate content using AI features.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content:

  • is accurate
  • does not infringe third-party rights
  • complies with platform policies
  • does not mislead customers


4. Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this policy, we may:

  • suspend your account
  • remove content
  • restrict features
  • terminate your access


We may take action without notice where necessary to protect the platform, other users, or third-party services.


5. Reporting misuse

6. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time.


Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated policy.
